In the area of Stefani in Makrinitsa, there used to be an old house from the 1900s, that was passed down to the current owners from their mother. The house was an old stone built house but which had several problems. The dream of Mrs Makrinas was of a new house with a garden.

It was decided that as the owners all used to love having people in their house, that they would create a unique, pleasant and friendly environment that was to be "your house in Pelion".

It was this desire that led to the development of "Makrinas Maisonettes". The maisonettes were built in 2006 and were charactirized by the traditional architecture of Pelion.

The two maisonettes, each measuring a total of 75 sq.meters, provide a superb choice of comfortable and quality accommodation for your holidays and travel in Pelion.

The maisonettes are named "Petrino" and "Kremasto", and each have been carfeully furnished and decorated. Each of the maisonettes have their own balconies where you can enjoy the spectacular views stretching out over the city of Volos and the Pagasitic Gulf.

Our maisonettes offer a very relaxing and comfortable setting, and are ideal for those who may be travelling with friends, couples or families. The rooms are very spacious, and the combination of wood and stone provide a very warm and cosy atmosphere.

The maisonettes have all of the modern comforts, as well as hydro massage in the bathrooms. You will also find a carefully chosen selection of personal hygiene products that will completly invigorate you during your stay here with us.

On the ground floor of both out of maisonettes, you will find a living room with fireplace and three seated sofa that also becomes a double bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen area with a cooker, cooking utensils, cutlery, fridge, flter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is also autonomy heating thermostat, a small WC, TV and telephone.

The first floor of the "Petrino" maisonette consists of a fully air conditioned bedroom with fireplace and TV. There is also an additional autonomy heating thermostat, bathroom with bath tub and hydro massage.

In the "Kremasto" maisonette, the first floor has two bedrooms, air condition, TV, autonomy heating thermostat and a bathroom with shower.
